A tree hit our car in a storm and they confidently told us they could sort it out. We got the ICBC claim sorted, they booked us in, gave us a loaner car, and 3 days later, it was done! Easy breezy.

I had to take my car in for an ICBC repair for the very first time and I was lost and confused. Taylormotive service was excellent from start to finish! Special thanks to Susanna at front desk who was super helpful and patient with me on the phone and in person. She walked me step by step through the process and made this so quick and easy. Had to replace my rear bumper and the work was completed seamlessly in one day after I booked my appointment. Taylormotive did an awesome job aligning my truck. It was swaying left and pulling right and chirping the tires when I turned or went over bumps. It almost to the point I should have had it towed in it was driving so off but the tech Sean did a great job. It drives straight as an arrow now and just feels much better and the price was actually less then I expected. Thanks Sean and taylormotive great work

I would HIGHLY recommend these folks. They got me in last minute, no appointment, and had my car fixed in a couple of hours. Better than that, they saved me a thousand dollars by fixing a broken part instead of replacing it, which they easily could have insisted on. Really impressed and grateful. Also, they washed my car inside and out. What?!

I had a concern after my work had been done...
I had some work done and I have to say that everyone was friendly, the waiting room was nice and I appreciated that they had a clean bathroom for customers to use.
I waited about two hours for my caster to be adjusted, and was then on my way. I was happy with the work.
Later that night I realized that the employee who test drove my vehicle, for some reason, disconnected my dash cam and left it disconnected.
I called the next morning indicating my displeasure, and soon after I had a call back from Mr. Taylor who apologized, and let me know that

Have been here twice now for two collision repairs. I am incredibly amazed with the quick, helpful organized service. I went in to Taylormotive 5 years ago with a scratched bumper, other shops quoted me $800, Taylormotive took it into the shop and worked on it for 30 minutes. They showed me a perfectly smooth bumper and said that was the best they could do without replacing the bumper. They did this for no charge! It was perfect and still is.
When my husband was involved in an accident I sent him to Taylormotive. Quick paperwork, brand new vehicle to use and friendly service, had our car back within 5 days, 3 days faster than booked for. The repair was excellent and the service flawless including a hand signed

I was looking to purchase a vehicle and made an appointment with Sue at Taylormotive for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection (I paid for the inspection of the vehicle). It is a small 2 seater car with a convertible top. They did the inspection and mentioned one item of note. So I thought great - all is good. So I went ahead with the purchase. Unfortunately, when I took the car to my own mechanic, they commented on two additional things. Both of which were not as obvious to me as a person who hasn't bought a car (let alone a convertible) in many, many years but should surely have been picked

They apologized for what transpired and offered to reimburse us for the diagnostic time and my outlay for the dealer part that I installed that solved the problem.
I took them up on the offer and am in receipt of a check just now.
This is the first time I've seen a business make an effort to make good a negative review.
They had the guts to make a difficult phone call and back it up with a make good offer that removes some earlier bad feelings. It appears an employee made a mistake that day, and management

I wish I didn't have to give this rating, but my latest experience leaves me no choice.
Took our SUV in for collision repairs. The quality of their work was excellent, except they seem to have little to no expertise when it comes to Parking Sensors. They replaced a damaged sensor but now none of the sensors work properly.
Took to the dealership and they weren't able to help either. Clearly there's a GAP with the collision companies and the technology in modern vehicles
Unfortunately they lost my business over this issue.

Brought my car in for mechanical work. Lowest quote, but they added a service I think wasn't neccessary, but in the end the car drives like new. I think they should be upfront with their quotes and just say what will be done and how much. I will go back because I like to support local family businesses. The one guy at the desk seems bored of his job and could speak to his customers and employees in a nicer manner.

I recently had my car repaired here after a collision. They did excellent work and even repaired an automatic door lock that was not part of the collision damage. When the first part was defective they replaced it with a new part and charged me only for the difference between the two parts. So, they did a fix they didn't need to do, twice, for no labour charge and did it with a courtesy and efficiency. I have never seen this level of service in collision repair.

Taylor automotive staff seem courteous enough, and efficient BUT they are very expensive. They were originally part of a dealership that closed down years ago. They seem to have kept pretty close to the dealership pricing model. If price is not a problem go ahead but if you're looking to stretch your repair dollar further go somewhere else.

We have been coming here for 30 years. amazing honesty and integrity. Took my car to mr lube north van tonight for the first time because I was in a hurry. what a mistake !! Cheated !! and lied to. My car was damaged in an accident recently and based on the reviews here and a friend's suggestion I took my car for repair to Taylormotive's. I am extremely glad and satisfied that I went there. The staff are very polite ,kind and helpful. They explained me the process and the approximate time frame of the repair. They also let me have their courtesy car while my vehicle was at the shop. The quality of the repair and the paint job was awesome and it was ready on time. I'd highly recommend this place as they are honest, kind and professional at what they do.

It is such a relief to find a wonderful business staffed by honest and capable professionals. They are courteous -- I am always offered a ride to/from their business. They are fair -- I am always informed of issues, prices and options. They are very good -- my car truly does run better after their loving care.
