Susan and Lori met in the fall of 2005 while working at the same location as Massage Therapists. They learned of who each other was through other employees and clients as they never actually worked together on the same shift. Both girls were known to be nice, smart, great massage therapists and had great energy.
So, when Susan mentioned to a mutual staff member that she wanted to open up a shop, they remembered hearing that Lori had just mentioned the same thing! The two girls exchanged phone numbers and ideas and after almost two years, Hypnotic Salon Spa opened in the Kenaston Common area of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada!

Services
All hair services include a thorough personal consultation, relaxing scalp massage with a customized shampoo and condition. A blow dry finish is included to compliment all haircuts. Up to 99% naturally derived* with a signature blend of protective plant oils including sunflower, castor and jojoba oils infusing the hair with amazing shine for essentially damage-free results.
Each Aveda facial includes a skin diagnostic, cleansing, softening of the skin with steam, hot moist towels, exfoliants and soothing moisturization. Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being.

Kendrah works magic on my nails during every visit...she is a gifted esthetician - knowledgeable, creative and attentive to detail! She has a high standard of excellence while making our bi-monthly get-togethers (and sometimes more) both fun and relaxing - the time simply flies by and the results are exquisite! I receive countless compliments, even from strangers, as people are drawn to my beautiful nails. As long as Kendrah continues to do her special gel nails and manages the group, I will be there for her outstanding manicures and fills as well as pedicures. Hypnotic is a top notch salon spa

I saw Lori for a massage to treat myself on my birthday and it was amazing! I could tell she really was concerned that I enjoy my experience and get the most out of it. It was so great that I could feel myself falling asleep towards the end! I will absolutely be going back to see Lori!

As soon as you walk in you notice how welcoming and comfortable the atmosphere is and are greeted by friendly staff. Lori then walked me through what would take place and the whole time interested in my questions and if I had concerns. Within minutes she had located areas I have had issues with and pain for years with out me saying a word . At this point minutes in I knew I would be back again.

Poor customer service. Been there twice with my coupon and not looking forward coming back for the third one. And probably won't. Massage appointment been cancelled twice by them. If the massage therapist is not on site then maybe don't offer massage?
The haircut (including wash, cut and styling) was done under 20 min... efficient, which is great, but while hairstylist rushed she definitely forgot about quality. Not happy with that haircut.
Not the first time notice that if client comes to salon with a certificate or coupon customer service is often worse. Aren't those coupons meant to attract

I had an appointment with Bernell at this wonderful salon. He was fantastic. He was friendly and professional and did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair which can be challenging as it is very thick and curly. The salon is very clean, organized and inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this salon. If you haven't visited this salon you are missing out. Thanks Bernell and Hypnotic for your top notch service!

I was referred to Gabbie for cut and colour services, and knew right away I would be happy at Hypnotic Salon! Gabbie is friendly and listens, offers suggestions and advice when you want it and is knowledgeable about the products she uses. She has worked hard to find products for me that do not activate my allergies, whether styling, doing highlights or root colour. The salon is clean and centrally located with tons of parking and great hours. All the staff are friendly and offer many other services. Thanks Gabbi for making me always feel welcome. Lianne

I had a fantastic experience at Hypnotic Salon Spa! I went in for a 1 hour massage, provided by Lori Miller. She did a great job! My upper back had knots and definitely needed straightening out. The environment was clean, relaxing and professional.
This multi service location also contained a hair salon, mani pedi stations, and great staff. Looks like i'll be coming back!
I really enjoyed the conversations, the outgoing atmosphere and left feeling like jello!

My experience with Hypnotic Salon Spa was great! The staff there are very friendly! When I got there I was offered a cup of tea, coffee or water! Then my hairdresser Rachel came along took me in gave me a neck massage then put a conditioner in my hair so had to sit for 10 minutes in the mean time one of the staff came along and gave me a hand massage! Then Rachel was back to wash my hair and I got a head massage she then cut and styled my hair... love it! Rachel was wonderful I would go back to her in a heart beat!
