I purchased a massager from them at a local fair I had seen them at for a number of years. The sales person sold me on it being a local product and was promised an excellent service warranty for up to a year. A few months before a year was up the unit stopped working properly. I still had my receipt and box, went online to their website and emailed the company requesting service. After a month of no response I tried another email address in case my first went to junk mail. No response again so I tried calling the number on their website. No answer. My new plan was to return to the fair and speak

Just a quick shout out to Massage Pro. Purchased a 3D Kneeding Cushion at Christmas. The on/off switch stopped working recently. Called the store and the owner called me back within 24 hours. Arranged for me to exchange the product the next day ! I could not have been treated better or more professionally. Thank you so much๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

How is it so easy to buy something from them but yet, you can not get anyone on the phone. They have an automatic message serving in french and not allowed to leave a voicemail or anything. The massage chair is about 10K and this is the type of service they provide. Do not buy from them, they usually have booths in CNE and thats how they get most of their customers. They do not honor their warranties, BEWARE!

My wife ordered two massagers two months ago for over $300. She has not received the massagers and the company has ignored multiple voice messages (they never answer their phone) and multiple emails. We are considering our next steps.

I purchased a chair a few years ago and love it, however itโ€™s not working correctly and I had a scheduled service appointment months ago. The service tech didnโ€™t show up and there was no communication. Iโ€™ve messaged through messenger as they dint answer the phones and no response even though they have seen the messages. Yes the read receipt is on! I understand the hurtles with Covid, but how hard is it to communicate with your customers?

I have been trying to contact this company for 6 months via telephone and email with no success! The voicemail is always full and nobody returns might emails! So frustrating as I wanted to purchase a massage chair. I guess they don't want our business. That will be their loss and demise

I ordered a product and my cc was charged on July 31st, but I have not received anything, not even a shipping date or confirmation, and cannot reach this company by phone. The voicemail directs me to their website, which I have emailed and still received no response from the company. What the heck??? I would hardly call this "customer service"

Have not received delivery and am unable to get in touch with them. Have left email messages but no response. Very scary for us. We are pensioners. I hope we have not been scammed.
Update Feb 24, 2020
Massage Pro answered their telephone today. Confirmed our purchase and arranged delivery of our chair. Still disappointed that they did not respond in a timely manner and that we needed to make contact. It was delivered and set up at 8 pm. Very pleased with young lads who delivered.

I purchased the kneading massage at a home show in Toronto and was told there is a one year warranty. It stopped working properly after about two months. I did get a response via email and was told they will reimburse me for shipping it in to get fixed. Well, I shipped it at my own expense and it was returned to sender which cost additional shipping that I had to pay otherwise Canada Post wouldn't return the item to me. Overall, I ended up spending about $60 on shipping it. Since then, I've not heard back from anyone and have not used the massage pro since then. I would not recommend you purchase

Terrible customer support. The absolute worst I have ever seen of a Canadian company. They ghost customers after the purchase. They do not pick up the phone, do not respond to voicemails, do not respond to social media messages (the messages are read), and their email inbox is so full that it's even rejecting incoming emails.
