He started his physiotherapy career working in the hospital, physiotherapy clinic, and at a sports injury clinic.

The Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a joint in your jaw that can develop pain and movement problems. Treatment of neck problems that may be contributing to TMJ The Digastric Muscle. Retraining of this muscle is key to successful treatment of TMJ. The digastric muscle generally becomes weak and dysfunctional with TMJ.
Whiplash injury caused by a motor vehicle accident can usually be very painful, and rather frightening. Common areas of injury are the neck, upper and lower back. If you are experiencing neck soreness or stiffness after a motor vehicle accident, it is common for you to be diagnosed with a 'Whiplash Associated Disorder', which simply means that your neck pain is due to rapid acceleration-deceleration motion.

As far as a physio clinic goes this is one of the best I’ve been too. Charles is very knowledgeable and works with you to resolve whatever issues you are having. They also have massage therapy available on site, which imo the two component each other very nicely, especially if you’re an active person like myself.

Hands on professional that actually helps you with your recovery. Went to a few other Insurance recommended places that give you a print out of an exercise and tell you to go home and do them. That was not helpful. Charles is amazing and really treats the whole problem. Don't be late though. This guy is in demand!

Great results. I wouldn't have thought it would work so well. Worked with Charles to deal with hip pain. After 11 visits, I feel much better, if not 100%. I saw a review that complained about doing the exercises and all I can say is, "It's Physio Therapy, not magic. You have to do the work yourself". Great team.

Called to book a massage with the RMT. Have a bad back and shoulder issues. The receptionist was extremely rude. First thing she says is " well I only have a male therapist is that an issue?" Umm it's not if you don't make it an issue. I've had many male therapists as well as female therapists. I understand that some people may feel uncomfortable and it should be mentioned but the way she said it was just ridiculous. I was also looking for a later appointment as I work during the day, asked about availability and she kinda just shrugged me off. "Oh we're booked" instead of suggesting another day

Was assessed by Charles after car accident and the program he proposed not only did it releive pain and help strengthen but put me as a perfect candidate for cervical disc replacement.
The surgeon told me if it wasn't for the toning and stretching and mobility he worked at with me he would never have considered it.Thanks also with the help of his colleague Jonathan,massage therapist Mike and the amazing help from Andrea,with all the insurance paperwork.Absolutly recommend them all,but you yourself have to work at too.
