My wife was being treated differently and when she asked the young tech what was up, he said the guys thought she was a well known adult entertainer.......
my wife was pretty peeved off when she got home. so much that im not going to hear the end of it for a few days.

Lou's shop is the place to go for high quality, fast, honest, and professional service. I just picked up a used Audi and was worried about the high maintenance/repair costs of a German luxury car. I took it to All About Imports for an inspection and advice. Terry had a detailed look over the car and gave me great recommendations for preventative maintenance that will ensure the longevity of the car. The work was done quickly in a couple of hours. Needed an oil change i drive by this place frequently decided to look them up they have great reviews and do some awesome work,gave a call got a appt same day! Brought our Honda Ridgeline to Lou a few weeks ago. Had been to Honda twice already for the same problem. Alarm on truck kept going off for no reason. Any day, any time. Could not shut it off with the fob, had to actually go out and touch the door handle - which isn't nice on a snowy night at 3:00 AM. Honda had it for days and "couldn't replicate the problem". We were truly at the end of our rope and discussing just trading the truck in. Lou at All About Imports came very highly recommended so we took the truck to him to see if there would be anything he could do. He and his team fully examined

I found out about All About Imports through the warranty plan we have for our Dodge Caravan. Ever since our first dealings with this company, we have always felt that the service has been outstanding. So much so, that this is the only place we bring both our vehicles now. A few days ago, I came in to the shop with my VW Jetta to do a tire change for the upcoming winter season.

Honest, knowledgeable, hard working, Canadian owned. Prices are very competitive specially when each mechanic working there is fully qualified. This is not like the other shops that have 1 qualified person supervising a couple of apprentices. I have been using them for more than 6 years. Highly recommended.

6 out of 5!! Honest, competent and friendly, I trust this shop implicitly, this is why I go out of my way to come to this shop for 20 plus years for work I couldn't do myself, I also recommend friends and even my sisters to come here, now that is the level of confidence I have with owner Lou and his team of automotive technicians. In fact I am going there today for wheel bearings and lower ball joints replacement, which requires skills and equipment way above my talent!

I just had a repair on my Mercedes and the service was amazing. I emailed back and forth with Lou and he gave me the best options, he was very informative and provided guidance and advice rather than dictating what needed to be done. Not knowing much about car repair Lou was very helpful, I felt comfortable to ask him questions. The new part was there 1 day and the service was very quick. Lou and the team are great and I will be taking my car to them from now on.

Just got my car repaired by these guys today and couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Made an appointment 2 days earlier (as is necessary here), dropped off my car at my time this morning, they called me an hour and a half later explaining what needed to be fixed. My car gave them 4 codes with errors and this is where these guys separate themselves from most shops, Lou just told me what the most important problem was and that there was a good chance the other things would clear up after that repair. Almost every mechanic I've been to in Toronto would have jumped at the chance
