Went for an oil change that took longer than it should’ve. I was waiting for my vehicle so they must have sensed my frustration. They could’ve let me leave angry and to be honest I probably wouldn’t have came back. But instead they offered to do my service for free and made sure I left in good standings. That’s top notch quality service in my opinion. I believe how you fix your mistakes speaks louder than the mistake itself. Thanks to John their Service Advisor they have gained a loyal costumer.

Tristan was knowledgeable about the new car I was interested in purchasing. He was accommodating and answered all my questions.
Josh, sales manager, was truly amazing and gave me an outstanding deal. But 3 months later, I found he changedhis mind about the winter tires and winter mats. I found this disappointing.....

Pros: Got call back for appointment quickly. Service time was decent (4 hours). Polite and professional on the phone and in person.
Cons: Replaced front rotors & pads when it was done in September 2020 by Kia Trento (I went back to check my repair records).
Seemed to push coolant flush, fuel induction/injector cleaner which I declined. Checked records and this was also done in September. I previously had service at Kia Trento without issue (Kia Trento oil change charge is also cheaper) but moved and work closer to Mississauga Kia now and wanted a closer service center and just wanted to see how

I have been taking my Kia for nine years to dealerships in Peterborough, Durham and Markham, and this place is the worst I have ever experienced, if I could give them a score of zero, I would but in my opinion that would be far too kind. I had an appointment and was told that it would take 30 min max, but it took 2hrs, and even when the job was complete, the desk didnt even notify me. I also had to request to get a part ordered for replacement, and was told they would call me when they received, they didnt even bother calling, customer service is absolute GARBAGE! We picked up a 2020 Kia Sportage From this dealership last Friday. We are an actual used car dealership ourselves. We purchased this 2020 Kia from Justin the used car manager. He was A+ from the initial phone call. Great guy, humble. solid personality. We made the deal within 3 minutes over the phone. Appreciate this dealership and the way they conduct business. Justin and the staff Treated us like clients as opposed to a competitive dealership. Very happy with the vehicle & prestige service. Not surprised to see the volume they are selling. Everyone here was super friendly and you can really tell that everyone looks at their clients like family! Harry was an absolute doll to deal with! He helped me every step of they way, gave me regular updates and made sure that I was comfortable with the purchase I was making! I never felt like I was being swindled or being forced to get something I didn't need or spend over what I was looking to spend.
My case was a little more difficult because I drive manual, but Harry searched high and low to make sure I got what I wanted! I have suggested

This place is the reason why people do not bring their cars to dealerships to be serviced. Bryce specifically is awful and a blatant liar. I was told that I needed a level 3 service on the phone due to my mileage which would cost 260.00. Upon arrival I was told that what I was receiving and signing off on was a level 3 service that included my oil change - I was charged 380.00 and told that my air filters had been replaced without my consent. When I booked my appointment all I needed was an oil change and a fluid top-up (there was a special to have both done for 79.00 that was not offered to me
