I called ahead for an appointment. When I arrived there was no one there to greet me. Maybe they're running behind. I waited 13 minutes (longer than it would have taken to do the wax) and then left. If you're running behind, at least say hello and let me know I'm in the right place.

WARNING: THEY DOUBLE DIP FOR INTIMATE AREA WAXING! After a horrible service, I am compelled to leave this review for future customers. I went to the salon about a few weeks ago for intimate waxing session and noticed that the therapist was doubled dipping the wax sticks. I let it slide at the time but then I went home and researched the danger of double dipping during intimate waxing sessions. Seriously guys it is very unhygienic and it is highly possible to contract disease like STI from the contaminated wax pot. Would never go back again.
