Expect them to cancel on the same day and ruin your plans.
Booked a spa for my wife’s birthday and only had 12 o’clock on Saturday. Friday we get a call asking if we could go earlier and my wife said let me think about it. Saturday morning about to call to say she could go earlier they said that the therapist left at 9:30 and even the 12 o’clock was cancelled. So what I read from this is that since they got a cancellation between 9:30 and 12, the therapist decided to leave and cancel her/his appointments.
When called to get a solution no one answered

Viva is my go to esthetician for the past 25 years. Vanessa is a wonderful business owner who knows what has to be done to keep very happy clients. She runs very professional operation where you always feel taken care of and safe. Can I say more? I don’t know where else I would go. You can always tell when Viva has done your treatments.

It was so great to get back to Viva yesterday! My pedicure (thanks Delia!) both felt, and looks, fabulous. My gel manicure (thanks Vanessa!) helps to make these constantly-washed hands a little prettier, and me, a lot happier. The salon is clean, appropriately retro-fitted for client and aesthetician safety, and all precautions (temperature check, hand sanitizer) taken at each appointment. It’s not the same experience, but the results are the same as they always were (gorgeous), and it was great to see the Viva ladies again! So happy to resume a little bit of normalcy....

Trina is the BEST. She's super understanding if you are finicky/particular about whats being done and won't rest until you're satisfied. I go to her for my brows and for mani/pedis and she is amazing. The pedicures are relaxing, brows are always on point, and my manicures are FLAWLESS. well worth the money!

My day there today started off great. I had a Soul Charmer package with an added scalp massage and eye brow wax. The back/neck massage and scalp massage portions were nice. But things went downhill at the pedicure. Amanda was using the razor on my calloused heels when she sliced a thick layer off the back of my heel. It immediately bled… profusely. It took about 40 minutes to get the bleeding almost stopped. I was bandaged and my nails polished but the massage was obviously affected, as was the salt scrub and the rest of the exfoliating process. It was very painful and my cut heel kept sticking
