Hi I am Danielle, a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have been with Markham Heritage Health clinic since 2003, at first working alongside Dr. Ho-Fatt Wang as a Dental Assistant. My love for dentistry sent me back to school in 2006 to become a Hygienist. I have chosen to work at this office because of the different aspects of dentistry it offers.
What can you eat? Although each bracket is bonded on the tooth with a special adhesive, care must be taken to avoid causing a bracket to come off. Foods that are very sticky or very hard can cause damage, which will result in extra appointments, inconvenience for you, and delay your teeth's progress, thereby extending your treatment time.

I have been with MHHC for years now and have been extremely happy with the service provided by everyone at the clinic. I want to give a special shout-out to Lana, one of the receptionists at MHHC, who took my dental call today and went above and beyond to ensure that I could get the appointments I needed and provided me with exemplary customer service! Great experience with Dr. Ho-Fatt and her team. I previously went for a cleaning and was advised of the teeth whitening promotion. I scheduled my appointment with Crystal for the next week. I went in for the teeth whitening and was skeptical as I did the white strips at home and my teeth became extremely sensitive. I went in and was seated right away. Procedure took almost two hours but was worth it. My teeth came out one shade lighter and looks pearly white. I was advised on what foods to eat and not eat as it can stain my teeth. Great experience and would recommend Dr. Ho-Fatt and team for all

I started seeing Dr. Anushiya Ganeshalingam just before the pandemic, as my previous doctor changed practices. I have to say, I am very happy with the care ans service she has provided. I have had experiences in the past with a doctor who laughed at one of my medical concerns, and with Dr. Anushiya, she validates and addresses my worries with care and professionalism. I even got to have a phone physical and pap during the lockdown, as a follow up to some concerns pre-Covid, and I’ve heard others have not had such treatment during the pandemic. What can I say?? Andrea the most brilliant dentist alive, always on top of my smile, every tooth has her attention and Danielle the genius hygienist specialist, she is always to steps ahead of me, she deals with my teeth sensitivity top to bottom with grace, care and ultimate patience.

Our entire family are patients of Dr Ho-Fatt. She is very professional, thorough and takes the time to explain her actions to rectify problems. Very impressed with the entire dental team, Danielle, Crystal and of course Dr Ho-Fatt.
