Dr. Yoon is dual board-certified in the US and Canada. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in Michigan at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Then he went on to complete his General Practice Residency at Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital, a level two trauma center in New York City, working with medically compromised patients who required complex dental care.

Did a couple of services there. Tooth wash was okay but they screwed up my teeth when filling done by Korean guy. Before going in, I don’t feel any pain at all on my teeth. Now after filling, feeling pain everyday because when they were doing my teeth, they were rushing to complete it. Now I’m the one suffering from it. This is ridiculous. Never ever going back again. Warning for you guys. Be careful! Also the receptionist is extremely pushy!

Best experience! Who imagine that going to the dentist could be so good? Markham Dental and all staff are doing a phenomenal job keeping the facilities safe during COVID, with several protocols in place. On top of that, the comprehensive and detailed examination, and very clear explanation from hygienist, dentist and assistants made me confident I have received best-in-class treatment for my smile. My first time here. it was a pleasant experience. the place is very clean. all the staff are very professional ,polite and informative. Got to experience some of the technology that ive never used before.

I have been a patient for almost 3 years. Very pleasant experience. The level of service is very consistence even before or during the pandemic. The organization seems very well run and patient focus, from appointment follow up to treatment, the administration staffs are very thoughtful and well organized. Personalized appointment follow up using text and email, clean and well equipped (HEPA air purification device in every treatment room) and thinking ahead offering suggestions to patients for insurance coverage utilizations are all pluses.

I've been attending this dental practice for several years. Claudia, the hygienist is top notch and is committed to helping her patients improve and keep the health of their gums and teeth. My most recent visit was for an extraction of a molar that had decayed under a very old cap. Every staff member exhibits excellent skill and customer care. I'm very impressed!

Our whole family had a great experience at Markham Dental, from booking the appointments to the end of our visits every time. Super positive dental service and morden environment. All staff are super friendly and patient. Dr. Claudia-Chan is super patient，always giving the best advices for the treatment and able to explain and educate on how to… protect our tooth based on individual situation. All the Drs，nurses and staffs are really professional and caring about the patients as a whole. I felt very comfortable with all the additional measures they have in place for COVID-19
