What a great company. Your installation employees were professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. The installation took 11 hours and not once did they complain that they were tired. They had to dismantle the old 50 year old Dinosaur that surprisingly still functioned but was condemned because of a faulty safety shut off. They even had to return the new furnace that had a tiny dent in it.
They wanted to be absolutely sure the new furnace was in 100% tip top condition and didn't want the remote chance that the dented one could fail. The strange part is the packaging showed no damage. The

I came home on the evening of November 21 to no heat. Called Capital City on Monday morning. They attended promptly Monday, conducted a thorough inspection, red tagged my failed furnace (old, it deserved its retirement), and sent their estimator. By Tuesday evening our brand new Bryant furnace, and Bryant air conditioner (we'd planned on replacement) are installed and we're toasty! Everyone was fantastic, from diagnostics to replacement options to installers their staff were personable, professional. Fantastic service! Thank you CCH&C!

I'll begin by stating that this is the second home in a row for which Cap City has installed an AC system for me. The first was a few years back, and they did a phenomenal job. More recently, we moved out to the country, and I contacted Jodie and Tim at Capital City Heating & Cooling when the furnace/ac at the home we bought was leaking. Immediately, they sent Alex, an experienced technician over to diagnose the problem, and where another company would have likely tried to sell us on an entire new AC unit due to it's age, Alex literally unclogged a little plastic elbow, and the unit was back up

I have used Capital City Heating and Cooling for a dozen years. They have replaced my personal AC, Furnace, Thermostat, and on-demand Water Heater. In addition, they recently replaced the AC at a townhouse we own. I also engage them to do regular cleaning and servicing of all my systems. I keep going back to them because they always deliver. Their estimates meet or beat other estimates I have requested. They always have answers to my questions. The one time I had a legitimate concern, they resolved my issue ... at no cost. I recommend them highly.

Had a new AC and water heater installed in June 2021 and both have worked very well over the past few months. The team that installed them were very good and I was grateful they returned the old rental water heater to Reliance so that I didn’t have to figure that part out. Would definitely recommend Capital City Heating and Cooling.

We had an issue with my air conditioner and they booked us in right away! We asked a bunch of questions and the technician answered them all for us. He took the time to take readings off every part of the unit to ensure everything was functioning properly. He was friendly, well educated, and efficient.

I have been dealing with Evan and Jodie at Capital City for a few years now and they have been absolutely fantastic with me and my family. A couple summers back by AC unit died and then this past winter my furnace died.
Evan presented me affordable options that matched by budget and also provided us space heaters and really went above and beyond. I can't say enough about how good it was working with Capital City. Definitely a HVAC company you can trust.

Big Shout out to Capital City Heating & Cooling for their short notice repair to my central A/C! They could have easily sold me a new unit, but got my old one running like new. During this Covid crises,… honest service is rare....like really rare, but Jodie, Tim & Shawn diagnosed the problem, saving me thousands in replacement cost. Five star company!

We had sold our house, and during a heat wave, our a/c decided it was a good time to fail! Alex and Evan were great about being honest with us, not trying to upsell, and treating us with the best advice and solutions they could. Though it was incredibly stressful with outside issues, Jodie and Tim went out of their way to be accommodating and… understanding, easing the situation and defusing it on their end. Just to make matters more tricky-our install was the same day as our daughter’s wisdom teeth removal-and they worked around that as well!! I just really can’t say enough
