An absolute terrible experience. Do not get your haircut from Zana Day Spa. I have never written a review, but I feel I must base on our experience.
In December my wife wanted to have a hair cut. It had been nearly three years since her last cut because of the pandemic and giving birth. I booked her an appointment go to Zana based on its reputation… as a spa and that we live close to it. I wanted her to have a spa experience. I went online to book and selected a Cut and Style, as its Christmas was only given the option of a 45 min time slot. Her hair was thick and lengthy to below her waist

I booked 2 services over the holidays at Zana: a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was worth the $100 I paid (with tip) - but the shellac manicure was absolutely not worth the $100 I paid (with tip).
The girl who did my manicure was delightful, but the shellac and top coat used produced painfully amateur looking results. 4 of my nails have visible air bubbles in them and the ridges around the nail are all piece-y and jagged instead of clean and professional looking. I cannot believe I paid that much money for these nails. The place I go to in Vancouver charges legitimately half the price for

Got my hair done there since now I can’t even brush my hair I been told that I’m using bad shampoos and conditioner. But I don’t think that’s the reason they were using a hair brush that was not being sanitized she was taking hairs out from the ones that she has used on and use’s it on my hair!! I don’t recommend this place !..

The best customer service and results you can get! Everyone there was very kind. Margarida spent so much time on my hair and used such a generous amount of product! Super happy with the way my hair came out.… The environment is so relaxing and very clean! Also got super lucky getting in a last-minute appointment and still getting fantastic results!

Terrible experience. I booked a massage with an RMT when I showed up the appointment was for a different but similar service. I was extra disappointed b/c I was looking forward to a relaxing experience after months of self isolation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction it was met with indifference. High end prices. Low end service. Don’t waste your time or money.

Zana Spa is lovely. Carmen has been my hairdresser for years- because she is consistently good at finding the right color and cut for me. Massage rooms are spotless and the masseuse is professional, friendly and is really skilled at finding the knots in my back. I had a gel manicure here for the first time today.My nails look lovely! You can't go wrong by choosing the services at this spa.
