With more than 10 years of experience, our professionals treat each of our clients with one-on-one, quality attention. Most appointments are a minimum of 40 minutes, but you may be up to one hour in session with your physiotherapist. We accept ICBC, Work safe BC, MSP and all private insurance plans.

Dr. Pardeep is a really good physiotherapist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy care. I came in with severe back & hip pain and after my treatments I learned new techniques for stretching and exercising. He takes the time to explain what the problems are and how to reach good outcomes. I was very pleased with the treatments I had received over the year. I feel much better after his sessions that includes manual therapy & shockwave treatment. Amen has been my physiotherapist for a few months now and she always goes far above and beyond with her treatments for me!! I have neck and shoulder problems and she has helped me immensely! I believe she is the best physiotherapist that I have ever had and I have had to see several of them throughout my life!!

Amrit has been awesome physiotherapist ,what I appreciate the most from him is the technical knowledge. I have suffered from chronic pain in my neck/shoulders due to pinch nerve since 2016 and tried several different methods to help such as massage, chiropractors, exercises and stretches but nothing helped until I saw Amrit. Staff is very friendly, they are always able to get me in for a last minute appointment. I highly recommend Apex physiotherapy.
