Dr. Romy Chopra graduated with distinction from the prestigious University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Following his undergraduate education, Dr. Chopra completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. When he is chairside, you can always talk to Dr. Chopra about all things sports.
We follow the fee guidelines set out by the Ontario Dental Association. These guidelines are updated annually and followed by the majority of Dental offices in Ontario. We are able to receive payment directly from your insurance company, without asking you to pay upfront. The only reason you would have to pay out of pocket is if your expenses exceed your insurance company's limit I.e.
I just moved to Markham a few months ago and the drive to my old dentist up north was just becoming too much of a hassle, so I tried out Swan dental. First thing I noticed when I walked into this office is just how clean and beatiful it is. I mean WOW, it's something that you really have to see for yourself.

They kept calling to cancel and reschedule my appt (like 4 times in a row). When I finally got to an appt that wasn't cancelled I was told, after I got there, that the dentist was on vacation. A hygienist cleaned my teeth but said I needed to book another appt to see the dentist?!? The receptionist also had trouble with my dental claim form and I had to wait 20 minutes while she filled it out by hand...waste of my time all round!
