Each visit had a different layout of the room but both were very clean! and well-tended. The first visit room had a separate bedroom from the living room. The second room visit was one room no separate bedroom but we had a larger tv and a microwave. Stayed here for the Edmonton expo.
Being my first time booking and going to a hotel I was a bit skeptical however I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderfully kind staff as they made it quite easy to get everything going!The room my friend and I stayed in was very clean! Also, the free breakfast included was lovely! Plus the close location made it great for just walking!

Staff very pleasant. Rooms are very quiet as they are concrete block walls. Vehicles are all parked in front so it's easy for you and the staff to keep an eye on them. Nice place. I've stayed there many times. This motel has an older character setting, with very clean rooms and good security for you and your vehicle.

We've been staying at the Eastglen Inn for the past fifteen or twenty years. We're here once a year for a trade show, and sometimes a second time to visit clients. The management and staff bend over backwards to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. They have always been most helpful and obliging.
A friend of mine had to book in here. The rooms are well thought out so that they feel room larger than they are. The living room area was greatly appreciated as we desired somewhere to talk before he stayed. Even better, they are right beside Rexall Place. If you're like my friend, and you were here for an event - you don't have to go home drunk.

Old guy at the front during night shift. Kicked our my sister, while i was gone for a few hours and kept my damage deposit! There was no damages to the room what so ever! Ive stayed at this motel many times, even with my kids, and now because an old man who wants extra money in his pocket, gave me the worst experience staying there. Sad how the management will only listen to his side and allow him to do this to another customer in the future. I dont recommend staying here anymore....

I worked at East Glen once, don't leave any tips the old hag that collects linen pockets all the tips and doesn't give squat to the housekeepers, also all the bottles housekeeping collects ,the manager doesn't share the profit from selling the empties, pretty greedy people. They treat their housekeepers like garbage.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It seems as though the rooms are cleaned with the least amount of hands on cleaning. It's appears to have been cleaned without anything being touched. Nasty! And on top of that it appears the Eastglen has a pest problem. Beware if you turn off the light! They also like' natural air conditioning' from the gaps on the bottom and side of the door. Cold is understating it. I stayed there 4 or 5 years ago when I was displaced and it wasn't as terrible as it is now. Its a -10.
