This was a good experience - Stephanie was excellent to work with. Just two things makes it not a 5, first it's advertised as 'get your money in 3 days' nope it's been a month. I totally appreciate these things take time just don't advertise and get hope up. Second, I'm out about a grand due to necessary things such as appraisal (even though the apartment across the hall JUST sold) and lawyer fees. Again, not a big deal however defintely something to be aware of. Thanks again Stephanie you were amazing!
