Services
Growing up with a father who ran his own successful law firm, a passion for the law was instilled in Jason at a young age. Jason was particularly inspired by his father's tireless efforts to advance the interests of his clients. Following his graduation from the University of Western Ontario with his law degree, Jason articled with a small litigation firm where he worked closely with a lawyer who went on to become a judge.
Even the most straightforward estates can present unique challenges and complications. Acting as an estate trustee is a significant, time-consuming undertaking and carries with it the potential for personal liability. Estate trustees need to clearly understand their role, responsibilities and duties in managing estates.
Our fees for real estate are fixed at a flat rate. This means that unlike some law firms we do not charge to review your Agreement of Purchase and Sale nor do we surprise you by charging extra at an hourly rate in the event there is any issue with your transaction. Located near the corner of Yonge and Aurora Heights in Aurora, this beautifully redone office offers ample parking in a convenient location.
Today Jason Allan assisted me with notarizing documents and he was professional and friendly. The Post Office is just a few buildings down which made this area a one stop destination to get my paperwork signed, sealed and delivered.
