I'm Totally Disappointed with the service. The staff looked knowledgeable. My Husband recommended me this place. Though the reviews wasn't good I thought let's just give it a try. I spent good amount of time and money but the satisfaction is 2 on the scale of 1-10. I usually get Keratin treatment on my hair since a Decade. But they gave me some Japanese straight therapy and after i complaining them my hair looked burnt from front they just gave me some kind of hair mask to apply everyday to cover up their error. I do not recommend this place. I never get mad at anyone easily. But

I used to come to this studio when it first opened before I moved to California. I decided to come to get my eyebrows done for a family picture. The service was quick and she kept breaking the thread throughout the procedure. When it came time to pay she asked me if it was debit or credit and I told her whatever the machine would run my card through as because it's an American card. She then told me she couldn't run it as either debit or credit because it would cost her more. So then I told her if I paid in American cash would she take it and would she know the exchange rate.
