What a rip off. Went in for a simple oil change, quoted me $40 and when I came to pick up my car he had tucked in all these extra fees without even calling me!!! He is a scam artist and I will never go to this place again.!!! And very dismissive when you ask him why he added all these fees without my knowledge. PLEASE DON’T GO THERE!!! I honestly think the people giving him good reviews are his family and friends and don’t get blinded by their fake positive reviews.

Good old boy Preston/Galt vibe -laid back - but, way over priced and looking for more of your hard earned money . Quoted a repair- got a second quote at a different shop- 40% less at the other shop . Relies on old business. Get a second opinion/quote before deciding. John's a decent guy- but , money is the driver. Selling out soon - real estate worth more .

I phone today to make an appointment for an oil change. Even though I had a bad experience last year...It is convenient and it is close to work so I thought I would give them another chance! My last time going there I was quoted on the cost of an oil change (which was what I wanted). I dropped of my car and when I went to pick it up I was shocked to see the bill was double what I was quoted! (changed filters and did a lot of other things that I hadn't agreed to). When I made an appointment for this week I told them I just want a basic oil change, no extra bells and whistles like last time. The

I'd never take my car back there again. I'm sorry I hardly ever leave a bad review but in my opinion this place needs to learn how to treat customers. I'm a service person who deals with people problems 24/7.
If I was ever charged some one 600 hundred dollars and proceed to tell them all tested out okay, and 3 weeks later the same problem came back. Then to turn around and charge them another 80 bucks tax to look at what should have been done right the first time is wrong. So now they're saying 1300 hundred to fix the same issue as before. In my world of business that's not how you get return

The gentleman working (I believe it was the owner) was very rude when I has an appointment to get my car safety done. I asked if we could also do the emission test and he scoffed at me making sure I knew I needed an appointment for that and proclaiming he's not keeping the shop open 15 minutes longer for anybody. Definitely a first time, last time experience and they lost a potential 25 year old lifetime customer.
