Family owned and operated at the same location, Gary Dunn Personal Auto Service has served Cambridge and the surrounding communities since 1987. Our owner, Gary, works one on one with each customer to answer questions in detail about repair and pricing. His son Jeff has worked alongside his dad for the past 20 years.

I got a quote from them before I went in and that's what it cost. It was good work the car is running smoothly now. Gary Dunn was able to get me in the same day I called which was such a load off my mind. They were nice to deal with and I will definitely be going back there for my repairs.

I've recently started going to Gary and couldn't be happier with the service that he and his employees provide. I am always able to get my car in relatively quick, pricing is better than anywhere else and the service is unrivaled. As a woman, I find it difficult to go to auto service shops without the people there trying to get me to do more (and oftentimes unnecessary) things to my vehicle as I don't have the knowledge as (let's face it) mostly all men do. Gary has never tried to upsell me on anything - even if I inquire about certain things he is completely honest about his opinion and I am grateful

I have been to Gary a few times and every time was a pleasant experience. Compared to my Ford Dealer, he has better/faster/less expensive service.
Additionally, after one appointment to have some work done, I noticed a new clunking sound when making turns. I called Gary and on the same day he had my car serviced and back on the road with no additional charge.
As long as I am in Cambridge I will be bringing my vehicle to Gary's shop.
