I've been going to Foreign for 8 years!!! The service and atmosphere are second to none. If you have a European vehicle, DO NOT go elsewhere. You will be treated fairly and pay a good price. They are informative and are transparent and never surprise you with extras. I've even heard they are getting a four wheel dyno!!!!!!!!

I recently took my 2016 BMW X5 to Foreign Automotive and they were amazing all around. Great pricing and the customer service was better than any other shop or dealer I've ever been to. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and truly passionate about what they do. They were upfront with pricing and timing and completely transparent. My BMW is running great and there's no doubt that I just found the last mechanic I'll ever need. A+

Booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance to install an aftermarket exhaust. They asked me to drop my car off at 9am which I did. I get a call at 1:30pm that they were just getting started but realized that the job will take longer than the quoted time and they didn’t have the time to do it today. They told me I can come back 2 weeks later to get it done. Not sure why they had me drop the car off at 9am if they’re not gonna touch it until 1pm. They even admitted the situation was on them but did not offer anything to satisfy me. In my opinion good customer service would of had them

Great service! These guys are true professionals. I came in with a sensor issue and a leaking transmission on my Mercedes diesel SUV. I choose the shop over the dealership because of the positive reviews and promise of fair pricing. I was not disappointed! The shop was very clean and the reps were friendly and attentive. I was really impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They gave me an honest and realistic overview of my car and even fought the warranty company to help with coverage without my asking. I loved how they recognized me when I called and kept me updated throughout my repair

About 2 weeks ago the clutch on my 328i had fused to my flywheel with about 135k on it (well overdue)... I limped my car car home, blew the slave cylinder trying to break it free and mess up the synchromesh in 2nd gear limping it home. My dad suggested taking it to Foreign Auto. I was a bit skeptical to take it there because Unfair bad reviews (first thing I look at)...

Brought my 2001 BMW M5 in recently. My regular mechanic tried to fix the car repeatedly, but just didn’t have the proper equipment/knowledge to restore the car’s performance. Foreign Automotive got the job done. Performance is now like new. Also restored the paint and added ceramic coating. It looks better than new! Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, clean shop. If you own a foreign car that needs work, bring it to these guys. They know their stuff!

I purchased my BMW M235i from Foreign Automotive a couple months ago and the service has been amazing since, price beat all competitors, and the car was prepared for me quickly and professionally.
