The dealership has a very social friendly environment with supportive professionals such as Daniel who helped me purchase my first vehicle of choice. Daniel made sure that I am getting the most out of the vehicle, made sure everything's perfect with the vehicle and broke down numerous of options in regards of payments. I'm reading through the negative reviews on this place and I don't quite get it. The manager Alex replied to all those reviews stating to call/email him to rectify the situation. That is exactly what I did (before leaving a review) and my issue was rectified with the utmost professionalism and speed.
Basically I had bought a lemon (to be fair, there was no way for them to know the car they sold me was a lemon short of dissembling the transmission which no mechanic would do. The car was relatively young only having about 86,000km and drove very smoothly for

We booked an appointment to test drive an Audi that we had seen online. We worked with Richard and he was wonderful. Honest, no pressure, polite and knowledgeable. We really enioyed the vehicle but would prefer the model above the one we drove so it was a no go for us. Even after sharing that information he continued to be just as friendly and helpful. I did not have a good experience at Car Deals Direct. The salesman that showed me the car I looked at did not tell me anything about the car I was driving, he barely had any information. When checking out cars at dealerships like BMW, Audi and Mercedes, the salesman comes out with you and answers all of the questions you have about the exterior and interior of the car. This did not happen here. I was also expecting him to come along on the test drive to provide info as I drove it, but I guess they do not do that here. I was actually interested in the car I test drove, but did not trust the service

I just bought my second car from this dealership from Lou. I had previously bought an Audi Q5 and now I purchased an ML350. I had just changed jobs and Lou was able to get me a new Finance and worked at it to get me a great rate. When I went to get winter tires on my Q5 which I purchased over a year ago, I had the wrong lugnuts in my vehicle and instead of saying tough luck to me the service people looked at my vehicle and sent me to Audi close by to repair my issue. Now that is service. I would recommend Lou and the Service team anytime.

I got a great deal on my car and Lou was great. No hassle or pushy/sleazy sales tactics. Carproof was provided, and they took the car to get inspected at a dealer of my choosing, at my expense of course. The reason for 2 stars come from slow service. I got the runaround for 2 weeks for when i was going to receive my car. Then once i got the car, i never got my 2nd key, a part replaced and the car wasn't properly detailed, which i paid for in the $600 fee and they agreed to. Now it has been 2 months since i got my car and their service manager Manraj wont get back to me on when i can bring

Bought vehicle in December. Just found out the Air Cond. isn't working. Depending on dealer to make sure everything is operational. Almost $2,000 to repair the leaking condenser, hose and replace a missing relay switch panel. Also, cruise control not working. Not looking froward to the cost of that repair. If there are parts missing from that function...you can draw your own conclusions.
