Found the car I was looking for on Car Gurus. Made the 3 hour trek to North York to see the car. It was better than the pictures. Spotless, mint condition. We arrived at 1:30pm and I was driving away in my Audi at 5:30pm, to save me another trip back at a later date. Danny was great to deal with. No pressure and arranged financing almost instantly. Would definitely recommend Danny and the dealership for excellent customer service and a great selection of luxury vehicles. I’ll be back in a few years for a Q8.

Purchased a car and end up paying $2500 extra for repairs before the car even left the lot. Car came with only one key and this was a high end end. New tires new breaks and rotors and callipers. Very disappointed this will be the first and last time. I would not recommend to any friends or family moving forward 👎🏽

Excellent Customer Service - We found another model on Car Gurus but settled on the 1998 Z3 once we got there. Peter Zally was amazing to work with from the moment we arrived. He was not pushy, worked with us on price and made the experience very comfortable and trusting. Remember this is a 23 year old car but was in incredible shape. There have been no issues but even when I contacted Peter about a couple little things he solved the issue quickly and in a quality way. I will be back when it is time for my next purchase. This was my first experience dealing with Bay Auto Zone, Peter was my saleman, very friendly and pulled many strings to make the deal happen. I purchased an AMG SL550 which was reasonablely priced, low kms, and overall in very good condition. The major issue I found going into the dealership was picking a new car everytime i went in...many amazing cars on display...currently working with Peter on an issue discovered a couple weeks after purchase, he responded quickly to my text with a phone call and made the required appointments to get the issue corrected without hesitation...I'll report back

Don’t be manipulated. Bought a car here, 2 weeks later noticed many problems (engine lights were on). Talked the same salesman that sold me the car and he didn’t even recognize me. But that’s not what the problem was. He told me he would take care of the problems and a week later I’m bringing the car I bought to a mechanic that works under Bay Auto Zone. The mechanic did not fix my problem at all, he reset the engine lights and after a while they came back on. I brought the car to a different mechanic and they were the ones that told me they did nothing to fix the car. I talk to the same

Just bought a 2016 Range Rover Sport from them. I have a very rough month since my Porsche GTS crushed and need a new car asap for winter! I was looking for Ranger over Sport over Autotrader...there were plenty of choice...I am a car lover and wanted to make sure I find the perfect one! So I found the Range Rover Sport and the price is extremely good! I book a viewing with Satty Sharifa...he is the man you want to go for! He showed me the car and have me APPROVED even my score isn't very great! He did everything for me to make this happened! He went even further that I saw a little bit scratch

Do not buy a car from Bay Auto Zone. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one from a certified dealer.
Bay Auto Zone buys cars damaged at auction, brings them to their hidden and unmarked body shop and makes cheap and improper repairs to sell for the most profit.
Getting a Carfax report does nothing because they make sure all damaged vehicles they buy have no reported accidents.
Save your money and upset and go literally ANYWHERE else.

UPDATE after "owner`s" response - Vehicle was bought on end of March 2019.
After sales service is not existent! They are really sweet and nice when you are considering the purchase of the car and tell you that you can bring your car to your mechanic and if he finds something they are going to fix it. So, we did just that and our mechanic found that the wheel liner is broken, which is a safety concern! However, the good news is that since the car we bought is Toyota the part will maximum cost $100 and 10-15 minutes to install it. We went back to Bay Auto and let them know about the liner and guess

SCAM! I gave them, Ethan Gorjian and his manager Brian, a $1,000 deposit for a vehicle and waited for them to find the financing, as they said requested to do first, once they failed I immediately found financing at my bank.
Today I received an email from them that they have taken my $1,000 deposit and are listing the vehicle for sale to the public.
Do Not Do Business Here! The prices are low for a reason! Check the Negative Reviews because anyone can Post a Positive Review.

My bf and I went to check out a 2008 Acura TL Type S. We were advised to leave a $500 deposit for a test drive which will be returned to us if it did not perform as promised. All my bf's personal information were then collected and the salesman, Peter, proceeded to fill out an application for a loan assuming we have already agreed to purchase the car.
