Let me add to the list of good, strong, consistent reviews. Very pleased with the vehicle and the excellent experience from starting online (AutoTrader App) to dealing with Matt, thru to enjoying the 30 Day/1000KM no hassle guarantee. Well, it's been just over 30 days and almost 2000KM. What can I say? Proof that it's a great vehicle. Low KMs makes for great value for money. Super experience. Will recommend.

Quite happy with our car. Picked up a 2015 VW Golf TSI Highline with only 38,911 kms on it for $14,995 + taxes and fees. Very low mileage for the year and price was below market average. Interior of the car was perfect and overall the car is excellent with a couple light scratches here and there which is expected for a 6 year old car and the price was reflective of this. Very low pressure. Very clean and confidence inspiring facility, not your average shady corner scrap yard lot in Toronto. Mike Karami was great to deal with and was very transparent with answers to questions and in our dealings

Excellent Experience!! My first car BMW, a used one but an experience and product that made me feel like buying a brand new off the ramp. We purchased a great little 2010 Mazda 3 from Mike and Matt at Auto Rover. The car was clean with low mileage and we came a fair distance to get it, not even having test driven it prior to purchase. The guys were really friendly and easy to deal with. We did have some minor issues with the car when we got home to Ottawa, and true to their word they… stood behind the product they sold us and made it right, even though we weren’t able to bring the car back to them. I would highly recommend doing business with this car dealership, they were more than honest and fair with us!

Bought a used car from Mike at auto rover. The dealership is a family run business , very professional and clean. Clearly the owners take great pride in providing exceptional customer service. On Wednesday, February 20th, I went to to Auto Rover to view a 2006 Audi A4 Quattro. I was permitted a short test drive. I then asked about calling in within a few days with my credit card to make a down payment if I went that way, at which point I was informed that down payments could not be made over the phone. I was told the car would be certified by a VW/Audi specialist and that it was going to operate admirably for a long time

Sam and Mike are very reasonable and friendly people, it's a family run operation which always makes me feel a little more comfortable. Their mechanic shop is also very reasonably priced and has always done good work for me. Their cars are very clean and in good shape which isn't always the case at some other dealers nearby. Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase my car from them but i definitely appreciate how honest and straight forward they were with me.
