We moved into our house in Dec. 2020. We liked the fact when purchasing the house that the roof was only two years old. The previous owners had left us the folder from Fraser Valley for the work on the new roof and skylight. This was great! The roof still had a warranty on it. Fast forward a few months later we had our gutters cleared, when the worker noticed the skylight had no screws on either side of the frame to secure it from blowing off. When I called FV to let them know, giving our information because I was under the impression it was under warranty. The women asked if we had transfered

Fraser Valley is a great team to be part of and wish the best for them in 2020 . The owners really care about there employees as well that reflects back for the customers . They work hard to keep the Fraser Valley happy in the roofing area as it is a demanding trade . I was honored to work with them as a team . I believe they have a lot to offer to Fraser Valley in the years to come .
