Very friendly, welcoming and helpful, from front desk staff to Randi, the Notary Public (and a couple of the lawyers who did step into into lobby while I was present and made pleasantries). Also a nice, tidy and inviting office in a convenient location. After searching for a full month, needing an affidavit witnessed and notarized from another Province, I thought I was out of luck or paying literally hundreds of dollars.
The MPP's office can assist for free with Commissioners of Oathes (only valid within the same Province however and with a number of limitations) and City Hall has a Notary Public
