A: Retainer fees are based upon the complexity of the matter and the financial situation of the client. An initial retainer fee is required up front and covers all pre-trial matters up to the start of trial. Fees are then based on the length of trial and the nature of the overall representation required.

I really recommend you use Sara Donahue as your lawyer. I always refer Sara to anyone who asked me who would be a great lawyer? Sara Donahue I always say. I feel like she is not only one of the best lawyers, but one you can trust and depend on winning your case. Sara takes her job very seriously and works hard on your case and with you as her client. I can give you a perfect reason why you should have her as your lawyer. In May of 2021 she got me off all my charges I was charged with failure to blow breathalyzer, dui and reckless driving. She fought really hard put in alot of work and time to help
