We found Janet to be a great advocate for our concerns. Ms Whitehead listened attentively, advised on our rights, explained the challenges we faced, focused us on moving forward, and encouraged mediation before any legal action was taken. Throughout the ordeal we found Janet to be patient; respectful and always explained our legal position fully.
