We also work closely with Ontario Veterinary College and local referral practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, surgery suite, dental suite, digital x-ray both dental and conventional, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding.

Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor. We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up.

Here are some questions/answers that we are frequently asked. Spaying or neutering can be done at approximately 6 months of age. Your pet is given an exam prior to surgery to help determine whether your pet is healthy enough to undergo the surgical procedure.
At Vellore Woods Veterinary Clinic and Pet Dental Centre our Veterinarians use their best clinical judgment with each patient based on the signalment, history, physical examination findings, laboratory data, and other ancillary diagnostic tests. We recently lost our budgie but found her safe days later. We brought her here for a health check and to spray for mites. The service was great and the staff and doctor were very friendly. After the checkup the doctor gave some follow up advice. I am very happy with how we were treated. Highly recommended.

I do not normally post reviews, but thought it may benefit both the clinic and future clients. I took my 12 week old puppy in today for my first visit. It was for her second round of vaccines; the breeder completed the first. I took my puppy into a room where one of the staff joined me 5 minutes later to gather some information on both me and my pup. After a few seconds he answered a phone call, left the room and the other staff member came in to complete the information gathering. Then the first staff member came back and proceeded to tell me what vaccines would be given. Several are what are

Excellent service for our little Brio. They provided lots of updates of what our dog was dealing with and followed up the next day. They also encouraged us to contact them if we needed assistance. What an incredible, professional, and caring clinic. I have had pets my whole life and I have finally found a clinic that is as reliable, professional, responsive and incredibly thorough.
