First time dog owner here, so you can imagine I had a lot of questions to ask. Took my puppy here for her first appointment and I continue to take her here for all her necessary vaccinations. After my puppy got spayed and several other treatments she needed, there were a lot of complications (not from the surgery, they did great!) but she had a hard time recovering and couldn't stop reaching the area that had to be kept dried. I am not joking when I say I called them almost everyday for an entire week for assistance and they were able to see my puppy almost everyday of that week that I've called

I have been bringing my dogs to this location for years. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this location for both veterinary services and grooming. Today I was turned away from having my dog groomed because I wanted to wait until next week to do her Rabies shot. I had an appointment booked for next Wednesday but the receptionist refused to take her for the grooming. When I called back to tell them that I was very upset about the treatment I received, she actually had the nerve to tell me that I can bring my dog back and they will make an exception. No thanks! You just lost my

Amazjng staff and vet actually seems very sympathetic and helpful. But his home made concoction for my willows eyes cost us a fortune amd made her get worse! Then to boot his diagnosis of her hip issue: way unacceptable. I have been calling there for two weeks now to get a copy of her X-rays which we paid for and to date nada! Really disappointed.

The receptionists/vet. assistances are kind, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. No matter my concern or questions they take the time to assist. The Veterinarian are amazing. The receptionists and vets are kind, and knowledgeable. They do give a lot information when it comes to your dog’s health. It’s one of the best clinic. The one thing I don’t like is the time. If your appointment is at 4 , they will take you like 4:25. They are never on time with their appointments. Hopefully they improve their schedule to take people on time. Thank you!

The entire staff at Market Lane animal hospital is incredible! They make you and your pet feel like family when you walk in.

We have had the best service from Market Lane Animal Hospital. Dr. Gayed and Dr. Ebert are absolutely amazing vets. The level of care and service they provide not only to our furry pets but to us as well in terms of last minute appointments, phone calls - even when we are out of town - really shows the love they have for their passion and career. The clinic is very trustworthy and they do not prescribe procedures or medications unless absolutely necessary. Other places we have heard of do not have the same morals and values and we have referred many clients to Market Lane Animal Hospital. Highly
