A clean-up of nails and cuticles and a perfect polish application - when you just need to get the job done. This manicure is perfect for the guest who is looking for regular maintenance on their hands.
We have numerous results-oriented facials to choose from - each can be customized for Hydration, Softness (Sensitive), Purifying, or Anti-aging. We recommend a series of 3 facials (once every 4 weeks) to cure unwanted skin conditions. Or to maintain a normal and glowing skin condition, we recommend a Ritual facial every 6 weeks, or at least at the beginning of every new season.

Great environment, clean and accommodates groups of people. I was recently in The Waters for a pedicure with friends. Our polish didn't dry and eventually smugged. When contacting The Waters about our polish, Carley (manager) was very accommodating in rectifying the situation. They were tremendously understanding and professional in re-doing our service. We were beyond impressed and satisfied with our end result! Thank you to The Waters for upholding your word!

I just had my first visit to The Waters yesterday and WOW. I was absolutely blown away. I will admit, I was a bit intimidated walking in and I felt a little bit out of place in such a luxurious space but from the moment I walked in I was welcomed. I met Cassie after having a cup of tea in the lounge, and she was so incredibly friendly. She immediately made me feel at ease. The treatment itself was amazing, it far exceeded my expectations - Cassie is so, so good at what she does. She is an absolute gem and I thank her for making the experience what it was. I cannot wait to return!

Went today for a pedicure ...foot rescue! HELLO best treatment I can say I have ever had. Nothing close to one of those quickie jobs in the mall. The staff was so sweet. treated like someone special when I walked in the door! My feet had more than the Covid mess. When I left felt and looked like I had come out with someelse's feet. Will be going back and asking for Cassie again. Great experience great customer service...win win experience

My husband and I wanted to take advantage of the $800.00 we had remaining for therapeutic massages. I booked 2 for starters which I was then told would require a credit card to hold it. I asked if I could call in my credit card after work but was told I'd also have to book it then as they can't hold spots without a credit card. I understand services being affected either by eliminating or even an increase in price do to covid. To turn away two customers because they can't wait 7 hrs for a cc is ridiculous ... My appointment was Dec 20th plenty of time to cancel if I didn't follow up! I guess unlike

The quality of their services are stellar. The ambiance is great to decompress. They offer a variety of products that are vegan for those of us who have sensitive skin or do not like to use products with harsh chemicals. The only pitfall is that it's extremely difficult to get an appointment. They book up quickly. It would be nice to see them open up a sister-location to accommodate their clientele. I happen to agree with another clients review about the cap off on booking appointments. I have my wedding in the Fall and want to book to ensure I get my ladies in for their bridal treatments... now

Best massage. I went today for day off. Cassie she is amazing. I thought I had good massages before. But here are the best really relaxing. She was very attentive love the foot soak with oils. And the mix of essential oils for the massage. The atmosphere is very elegant and set u in the mood to relaxation. Definitely coming back.
