A luxurious experience for sure!! I learned a lot about my skin and what I thought was a very meticulous skin care routine. Not only are the products I purchased from Jolanta showing much better results than anything I’ve ever used, but I also learned how to use up the products I do still have so I see results instead of irritation. Though I was spending hundreds of dollars on big name lines, the difference in quality of ingredients is now very apparent.
My rosacea has improved and my skin is looking more plump and hydrated. I can’t wait for my next appointment!!

This was my first time at Jolanta's. I was really hoping it would be good since it's close to home! The décor in the place is lovely, nice attention to detail everywhere like fresh flowers. Parking was easy. The place was clean. A nice selection of nibblers if you're hungry. I was nicely greeted when I arrived, shown to the waiting area and offered a beverage. I didn't use the bathroom or change room so I can't comment on those.

This spa is only interested in my money and not my personal service. I have been a client for almost 2 years and had my daughter try to buy a product for me for my birthday and which I found out later she had to prepay it in order to receive a promise to have it delivered in two days. After 3 weeks I still was not able to receive my gift. They would not provide her with a purchase receipt and only a gift certificate which could not be redeemed as cash. After several times trying to get my gift, I wanted to simply get our money back and they would not even honor that. Stating that she refused to

I was recently "colour matched" for some cosmetics by a staff member, and spent $125 on products. Came home and the colours were way off. Told by the spa that I couldn't return or exchange them for the correct colours because I had opened them. Very upset I spent so much money for products I can't use now. Will never be going back here.

First off, the pedicure here was well done and well worth the money.
That being said, I had my eyebrows done here and I have never had a worse eyebrow job, ever. After waxing my eyebrows the 'stylist' simply said "You're all done." and left the room - without even showing me a mirror and asking me whether I was satisfied! When I looked into a mirror myself I understood why - my eyebrows were horrifically unequal - she must have seen and fled so I would not be able to complain! One eyebrow is now straight and short, the other long and arched. When complaining at the cashiers

Went in to buy a VIP package gift certificate for my wife, the lady behind the desk said "we are closed", no hours listed on brochure - lights were on, door was open and people were there - does it really take that long to write out a gift certificate.
This was going to be my eleven year old daughter's gift for her mom on her 40th bday, my daughter went there on her own and got the information, then came home to get me, we returned only to be told 'we are closed'.
