Chose to gave this place a shot, but regret my decision. The stylist didn't even take a moment to look at my hair or ask what I wanted before washing my hair. First red flag. Sat me down in the chair and didn't even give me 2 seconds to explain what I wanted before they started cutting. Second red flag. My request wasn't complicated, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the haircut, they didn't even bother to style the hair. Just dried it and called it a day. I have long hair, so this looks terrible. Third red flag. I got charged for a "cut & style" and only got the cut.

This was my first time at Hairizona. I called to make an appt and they got me in the same day. My stylist, Cathy, was really friendly and kind and treated me like I was a regular. She listened well to all my questions and concerns and then made great suggestions on my colour and cut without being pushy. My hair turned out great and the price was better than I expected! Definitely going back.
