I have used Traditions Auto a handful of times now. They are incredibly helpful. How they share the updates on what needs to be done, and offer a show and tell when the work is complete is fantastic. I chose them based of others reviews, and found them to be just as good as I hoped. Honest and trustworthy. Now my sister in law and mother in law both use them and have nothing but good things to say. Very grateful to Tony, Michelle and the team for all the work they do to keep me safely on the road.

Had my 2007 Subaru towed here on September 29 for major repairs. New exhaust system, new gas tank, wheel bearings and axels.
I trusted Traditions with these repairs because of previous maintenance they had completed on my vehicle. I was not disappointed. Very fair price, and an unbelievable turn around time from drop off to pick up.
The vehicle is like brand new.

Overall I was happy with the service experience. However, I was not informed about a $135 diagnostic fee to learn the cause of the "Check Engine Light". Ironically, I decided to try another garage after my Mazda dealer told me up front there would be a fee--I thought independents would be different. Traditions had several opportunities to itemize and inform me about this fee: 1) on my first in-person visit and 2) when they sent the report on all the "other" things they found--but instaed, I saw the charge when they presented my invoice. Buyer beware.

Good experience. They did a thorough check of everything that needs fixing and then Michelle explained what needed to get done - priority wise. Then after, she showed me the parts that were replaced and explained the cause of damage. I like that they take their time to do that for their customers…not all does the same. 1000% recommended if you’re looking for an auto shop!!!

I was having a/c issues with my Toyota Sienna. I took it (stupidly) to Canadian Tire on Danforth (stay away from this disaster of a auto shop) twice to try to rectify the issue. After trying unsuccessfully to figure out the problem, and getting me to spend a couple thousand on parts and labour, they told me I'd have to take it to Toyota because they couldn't figure it out. I took it to Toyota and they couldn't figure it out. I then took it to Traditions and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a day. I was told by Traditions that it was obvious someone had done some shoddy patchwork on

They even provided pictures of anything they found needing repair/replacement. Reasonable prices. One of the few honest auto mechanic shops Ive found in Scarborough, Ontario. Six stars
