Hi, my name is Yassmine Nassereddine, and i am the owner of Sabaya Spa. I took over this business back on 2011 when it used to be called lush Nail Bar. In 2013, we decided to change the spa's name to Sabaya Spa, which is means girls in Arabic (suh.baa.yuh). Ever since i graduated from aesthetics school in Beirut, Lebanon, it has been my dream to own spa, a spa where i can provide my clients with all kinds of quality beauty treatments.

Yassmine is an incredible lash stylist! From the beginning she nailed the look I wanted and was able to always maintain quality results. I was always getting my eyebrows threaded and she suggested I let her do mine with waxing and and I was floored and so pleased with how they turned out. Highly recommend!

Kayla was able to revive my nails after a poor job done at another spa! She removed the poor "dip"/acrylic job I got a couple weeks prior at another place, shaped my nails perfectly, and applied shellac. She was very thorough, gentle, and did them exactly the way I wanted. Thanks Kayla!!

-horrible customer service
-quoted a price + charged me well over that quote
-poorely trained esthetican that made me bleed
Went here for the first time and will never return. I first called days prior to the date I wanted to get my nails done, the lady who answered was busy so she said she would call me back in 30 mins. I waited an hour and then finally had to call HER BACK. I explained I need dip powder removal and I wanted dip powder back on if they had a wide selection of colours, if not I would just get shellac done. She booked me in and made a note that I would get dip, if not then shellac

I’ve been getting my hybrid lashes done by Yassmine for a couple years now & absolutely love them! .. and when I say love.. I mean LOVE! I moved to OT and still drive back to Sabaya spa to get my lashes done. She uses light weight lashes and quality glue that holds for weeks on end (when taken care of properly).
I’ve been to numerous other salons that make you eyes feel heavy or itchy because of the clumped lashes. HOWEVER, Yassmine individually fans out the lashes during your appointment so that each lash fits comfortably on your natural lash and won’t itch or feel clumpy

I would not recommend this place to anybody looking for a relaxing, and well done service. My eyelash lift was rushed, painful, and completly unsuccessful. I was told we needed to switch rooms mideyelash lift, while my eyes were forced closed with a chemical burning my eyelids anytime they would flutter to see where I was being taken. I was told "we do this all the time" while being guided to another room, which was apalling to me if true. Yasmine continuously left the service room without giving me any indications of what she was doing, or when I could expect her to come back. After laying alone

They did a great job accommodating our bridal party of 5. Very friendly and nice staff. Beautiful location and the services were perfect. Everyone left satisfied and would recommend this spa to anyone visiting the area. Very reasonably priced!

I recommend Shannon at Sabaya to everyone! She is so talented and always does an excellent job with all the services they offer. My favourites are facials with her, they leave my skin feeling rejuvenated as well as Shellac manicures! Every time I get a Shellac manicure, they last for weeks and never chip, they also have such a wide variety of colours to choose from. Thank you Shannon!

This place is great, I've gotten a manicure here, which I liked, but I have to say the waxing experience for me was the most memorable. I hate waxes because of how painful they are, but the lady that did mine at Sabaya was clearly skilled. I won't say it was painless of course, but her technique ensured that everything was off in one swipe- no need to redo the same spot (something I experienced at other salons), and I was out of there in no time. Sometimes the wait before being seen is pretty long, despite having made an appointment though.

I love this spa! The staff are always great to deal with and the quality of service is amazing. The only thing I would critique are the chairs at the nail station, for both the customers and staff. The first time I went in I noticed the girls had a hard time moving around and seemed uncomfortable and the second time I was in a screw popped out of one of the staff's chairs and the poor girl went flying back into the wall and onto the floor and obviously hurt her back quite badly from it. The client chairs are just awkward, stiff, and uncomfortable - definitely not relaxing, and obviously from a

I have only had one experience with a waxing at this venue. It was using a Groupon and the person I spoke with to reschedule the appointment was considerate.
The female that gave me the waxing had no idea what she was doing. This was obvious when wax was reapplied more than once in the same spot. It was so painful that I had requested the session to stop midway. While a wax treatment is normal to hurt, this was excrutiating and beyond what I (a regular client for these services) had experienced.
I was offered a refund which I appreciated but don't believe this condones the experience I had.

I went in for a mani-pedi and had a great experience. Both Jade and Shannon were so lovely to talk to. A very friendly environment. As well, Shannon did such a great job with my nails. She really paid attention to detail and left them looking amazing! Thank you girls, will probably be back again sometime. :)

I stopped in last minute to see if they could fit me in for a gel manicure. In most cases, they are booked solid but I was lucky enough that someone cancelled last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. They advised me that most people book several weeks ahead as they are usually fully booked. And I can understand why!! Eve gave me an amazing gel manicure! It was honestly the best manicure I've ever recieved. She knew exactly what I was going for, and was easy to talk to. I will definitely go back and I suggest others to try out their services.

I made a last-minute brazilian wax appointment (1 hour before I wanted to go) and Maria accommodated me really well. This is my first experience of getting waxed outside of Toronto in Canada, and I was really happy to find such good service in Kingston! The salon was clean, albeit a little bit small.

In particular, Maria was really good! She was thorough, clean, kept me distracted (i informed her how sensitive i am in that area), and she accommodated my pain threshold somehow!

The price is $50 for a brazilian wax, but students get 15% off so I ended up with a $48 bill, before tip. This is a

The ladies at Lush are fantastic. I've been to three or more nail salons throughout Kingston in the past year, and this one is my go-to going forward.

The lounge is small and intimate, so there aren't going to be a lot of customers crowding your space. Appointments should be booked in advance - they will happily take walk-in's, but it's more likely you'll need to book and come back a little later on, anyway.

Besides pedicures, which is what lured me in after a friend recommended them, they offer mani's, waxing, blow-outs, facials and a few other services (all well
