An Overpriced experience. Coming from Toronto, and having seen a zillion of beauty salons around the world - expected a bit more from customer service (saying thank you and good bye, advising that the service we ordered will be altered and not rendered, low product availability like missing basic nail polish colors) , and then the basic trade related know-how (didn't have the right tools to remove a schilac nail product in a timely manner).
I think the cute decor (for sure they try to keep the place looking nice) doesn't quite justify a $50 nail polish change service.

My wife and I have been to a lot of spas for massages and mani-pedis. We've lived in several large cities in Ontario and and now live in Kingston, and this is one of the best out there. Their masseuses (specially Sarah!) are amazing, and they do mani-pedis the way they should be done. They once messed up a reservation and went out of there way to make it right. They go above and beyond in every way and set a very high standard. We go often, and have a great experience every time. Keep it up!

I sought out a new RMT in Kingston a while back and thought that I would try the Annex. Normally, I'm not such a spa-junkie, but I really, really like the folks at Annex.
I see Sarah, and she's really caring and v. good at her job. In addition to a great RMT experience, they are welcoming and always have delicious herbal tea on when you come in the door.
I'm not as familiar with the range of other services they offer, but word on the street is everything is awesome.
Although the lcoation is a bit tucked away, I kind of prefer that. It feels like your visiting a bit of an unknown
