There is a reason why I keep coming back, they are fast, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and ease the nerve wrecking experience of not only qualifying but also ultimately achieving your housing goal. Options are always provided by this team and always laid out well to giving you a flexibility in what works for your situation. Our experience working with Dorothy went way above and beyond our expectation. She is professional and dedicated but at the same time personable. She exudes warmth and caring when speaking to you on the phone and is very patient. At no time does Dorothy make you feel like you are not important and that your questions are invalid. Hands down, Dorothy and Chana know their stuff, and they are amazing. I am a first time home buyer, and they really took the time to guide me in the right direction, and explain every step to me in great detail. Dorothy was always available to answer questions, and we even had a few laughs during the process. Can't remember the last time I had customer service like this. Hats off to these ladies.

When we purchased our first home (15 yrs ago), we had NO idea how to go about finding a lender! Luckily our real estate agent got us in touch with Chana at Verico Synergy Mortgage Inc (VSMI). She took care of EVERYTHING and never made us feel dumb for calling her...constantly!
Every 5 years we can bank on getting an email reminding us that our mortgage renewal date is approaching. I love that VSMI's emails don't fill up your inbox and that they give you enough time to get the paperwork done, without a last minute panic. We dealt directly with Chana both when we first purchased
