Really liked this place! I'm quite fidgety and restless but the owner was very fast and efficient when doing my nails. And they look AWESOME! They had an amazing selection of colours. Nice peaceful environment, had to go in for a touch up on one nail and they were very easy and accommodating about it. Owner talked me through what they could do to make the application last longer as I am very rough with my hands (hence needing the touch up). Pricing in my opinion is very reasonable for a cleanup and polish application. Absolutely cannot wait to go back!

I have loved going to Natural Balance Spa since the first time I visited! All the staff are very welcoming and the environment is SO relaxing. I recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for the true definition of ME time and wanting the opportunity to sink into a comfy chair while one of the wonderful staff members provide you with the best pedicure EVER!

I have been coming to Natural Balance Day Spa since it opened almost! I love the atmosphere, the products, the service...the staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable! They definitely know how to pamper you! I highly recommend this spa for anyone who cares about products that are non-toxic and won't harm your body as well! Love that they use locally made products!

Natural Balance Day Spa is the most inviting, warm and relaxing spa that I have been to. The service from Krista and her staff is top notch, and they really make you feel welcomed and comfortable.
