We have an in-ground pool and have always had our water tested and bought our chemicals at Pioneer Pools so we were familiar with their customer service. We were helped by Alan and he was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand what we were looking for. With us not knowing much about hot tubs, Alan gave us great insight into the maintenance and what's involved in owning a hot tub.

We got our new hot tub today and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The guys that delivered it were on time and super professional. They were so fast and cleaned up after themselves. They got me all set up and made sure I understood everything before leaving. You can't beat Pioneer's staff and follow through. Thank you so much!

We purchased a hot tub in June of 2021. When we first received the hot tub we had some difficulty in balancing the chemical levels so we sought advice. This advice was met with multiple different stories depending on who you spoke with. Simply put there were alot of people to assist but the actual training and education was missing! We were even informed not to speak with this certain group of staff by one of the senior people working there! Today was the final straw when I was knowingly lied to. Excellent pre Christmas Service from Dave Flood.
We had a problem with our month old swim spa, two days before family was to arrive for our early Christmas celebration. Dave was on it! He agreed to come out within 24 hours (we called Thursday late afternoon), he couldn't fit it in his schedule but sent our an excellent technician and the right parts and it was done! Thank you Dave and Pioneer service

Great service from sales to delivery. We purchased a new Hot tub for our new home in April. Initially we were told delivery would be mid September but during COVID there may delays. We moved in June and I followed up with the store for delivery confirmation. Today is Sept 21 and the tub was just delivered by Jay and Tom (two of the nicest guys ever) who put the spa into place and gave me tutorial of how to work the tub. Overall even during a Pandemic this company and delivery was fantastic.

We worked with Pioneer to replace the liner in our 16'x32' inground pool. Carrie Teeter, who is the service Manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first email I sent her, right through to installation day. The installation team they sent to our home were courteous and professional and did the job right on schedule and on budget.

I have an aboveground pool and this is the third summer I have had it. It has developed rust spots in a couple places on the pool walls. So have to send in pics to see if warranty will cover it. The store is nice and bright and has a nice selection of outdoor furniture and pool toys. They have a pool parts department and lots of chemicals to get your pool water right. They test pool water as well. Staff has been friendly whenever I have been in. Fairly happy. They have bean bag pool floats that are pricey but awesome.

Back yard renos went without a hitch when I booked in a new liner and a winter cover installation. Carrie orchestrated the service with our landscaper and the crew of Graham and Mike did an outstanding job. They pushed through the rain and worked late to get the job done. The communication, flexibility and workmanship from the Barrie Pioneer team during their busy season was much appreciated.

Our process started almost a year ago. We were starting to source out pool companies and gather quotes. We had already been fans of Pioneer Pools after our Hot Tub purchase a couple of years ago.
When I put in the request for more information to obtain a quote, Mark was fast and friendly with a response. We booked an appointment for him to come by and give an official quote.
Out of the few companies we had come by, Mark was the only one that pulled out a tape measure to get an accurate size. He flagged and staked out the approximate shape of the pool, which help give us a real visual.
