Great customer service! We were very lucky to be helped by Scott. We were looking for a black titanium rings for our wedding. He checked through out all store in Vancouver. Unfortunately, the ring was too big for me. However, we managed to find something else that works for us! Since, he couldn't give us our first option. He managed to gave us really great deal!

So happy to visit Michael hill and got helped by Divya in the store. She explained everything about whatever jewelry I asked in my shop time. Very pleasant service and my shopping is really worth with good discount. I went to the same store at Metrotown but I always get upset with their service. I went to get one item but came out with two items 😅 that’s how I felt positive in this location with Michael hill. Divya is simply talented and dedicated to her job with a beautiful smile. She helped me with each and everything from selecting right item till special packing my jewelry.

Lousy customer service and extremely unhelpful, unwelcoming staff... They refused to process my return saying, among other baseless excuses, that it’s past the 30-day period while the website clearly mentioned I had 60 days to return. Wasted my entire afternoon going to the metrotown location where the staff processed my return quickly, no questions asked. Michael Hill just lost a customer.

Vikki and Jackie were extremely supportive throughout the whole process. During covid, our purchase was delayed as the shipment was from Australia but they made sure to keep checking with them and tried to expedite the shipment as soon as possible. I was very happy once the shipment arrived and everything went well thanks to their support.

I don't frequent jewellery stores often. Frankly, I don't get paid enough to buy all the diamond earrings, rings, necklaces, and bracelet my little heart wants badly. However, I was hanging out with a couple of friends at Square One and we came here.
