Good sized room, massive bed, free fast internet, pretty quiet, big TV, free tea, coffee, biscuits and water in the room, topped up every day. The only city centre with parking and it's free (ticket validation at reception).
The bad bits, runched up dirty, stained carpet in the room and the restaurant is not great. There are many better places to eat just across the road and a short walk.

Decent hotel. All staff I came across were friendly and helpful. The Mall’s Car park is a big perk here, to get 2 days worth of parking for 1 nights’ stay is awesome! Literally a 1 minute walk to Cabot Circus. Bedroom was large and clean with tea, coffee, kettle etc. Shower was very large and worked well. Temperature control (with air con) was really good in the room. The bed is massive and is on the soft side which I’m not used to; however, I slept well - loads of pillows too. There’s also a large cupboard with an iron and a safe inside. The only thing the room could have done with was

We were visiting Bristol for the day so we didn’t have a room here, just had breakfast. Found the staff very friendly and attentive. The price was £14 per person, which was a little steep in my opinion but to be expected since it was the city centre. The food was nice, just found the sausages to be of poor quality; tasted cheap. I loved the scrambled egg, that was creamy. Coffee was good as well the latte tasted nice. Will look to possibly stay here in the future.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice quiet room, had a good night's sleep. Only complaint was a dripping toilet, but just closed the bathroom door. The free parking is via an arrangement with the Cabot Circus carpark next door; you leave your car there and get your ticket stamped at hotel reception when you check out.

On arrival Arnold was very professional and polite. It was our first visit and he explained everything to us. Room was very clean and water in the room. Tea/coffee available. With biscuits 😀 parking is free in Cabot’s . The hotel is perfectly located for city centre dining and shopping. Xmas market was just being set up. Breakfast was good great choice.
Will be back.
Will be back.

There is no future for this inn. Well it isn't that bad! The beds were a little hard, the bathroom had the necessities, but kind of barebones. There was a mini fridge, coffee machine, and two bottles of water which was welcomed. But I seemed it was just plopped down with little thought. All in all the inn is close by to lots of stores and restaurant, so that in itself is worth in alone.

I`ve had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for work meetings and functions on a few occasions. I`ve been incredibly impressed each time.
The hotel as lots of close to the door parking. The hotel is clean, well decorated and the lobby is nice and big. In the hotel is a nice restaurant with a built in bar. It`s incredible how many people come to the restaurant just for the food.
The meeting rooms are nice and big. Each time we`ve had the hotel serve our lunches and snacks. The morning snacks are usually fruit, muffins, danishes and Cinnamon rolls. The lunches were sandwiches and pizza. The

Future Inns is located out in the Bayers Lake Park. It is a fairly new complex and is a great location if you have a car. Here you will find nice size rooms, everything smoke free and friendly staff.
They have free Internet throughout the Hotel, ironing boards, hairdryers, and the complementary coffee and tea in the rooms.
This is a reasonably priced place to stay.
The Redwood Grill is part of the Inn, here you can enjoy a wonderful meal, brunch or have a nice cocktail.
