With a background in office management, Rita originally came to help out "temporarily", but has been here for nearly 30 years. She enjoys reconnecting with the many generations of loyal patients, and also getting to know the new ones. She is very involved in her community and church and has served on various committees and boards and is especially passionate about her volunteer work.

By perscribing the right lenses. I walked around for half a year with headache, dizzyness, double vision and 'ghosting' after receiving a new pair of glasses from CTV. I went to see him again, he said it wasn't my eyes, charged me and sent me on my way. My doctor thought I had a neurological problem until I went to a different optometrist. Turns out my prescription was off. When I called Calgary trail vision to complain they wouldn't talk to me or keep my appointment or even apologize.

Employees are very unhelpful and totally rude! I went with my mom to help her narrow down her glasses selection and the front end staff had no interest in helping her find a pair that suits her face shape. They actually looked at me as though I was posing a great inconvenience on them by asking for some support in helping my mom find a good fit. Dr. Butt was recommended to her and I she is happy with him however she will take her prescription and buy her glasses elsewhere.
