Really bad experience. I drove from downtown to here just to see this store and I’m super disappointed by the staff’s searching attitude. The staff didn’t introduce anything and busy serving other customers or making phone calls. I asked them and nobody answered at first and that makes me really awkward. The store isn’t big and the style of the jewelry is boring. I felt being an outsider in this store. They’re not serving me as they should be at all. I really hate this shopping experience. The price is high than it’s quality. Don’t understand why people having good reviews about this

I ordered The Weston ID Bracelet for a gift for my boyfriend. I assumed the engraving for the bracelet would look very similar to what is advertised on their website for this specific product. I ordered the same font and two initials, which was $40 extra charge. I received the bracelet and the font size is significantly smaller than the engraving showed on the website. For just two letters, I was expecting a visible engraving that you could see when wearing the bracelet. I reached out to the company and they told me they can re-engrave it at my charge. I already paid an extra $40 to get two letters

I love Suetables! I ‘discovered’ the online shop in Feb 2020 when I purchased a dainty gold choker for myself as a birthday gift. I had a few questions which were answered quickly over email. Customer service is excellent! I wear the choker daily & add to it if the mood strikes as it’s perfect for layering.

I just want to let you know, I love the pieces of jewellery. I have purchased a few pieces for gifts to family and friends. All purchases have arrived on time and securely packaged. The gift boxes as well as the cloth pouches they are placed in, a lovely touch. I have had complements on the necklace I purchased for myself (The Francesca Choker....) I wear it everyday!

My good friend bought a necklace and monogram initial pendant for each of us girls in our group and ensured she found a business with high quality. She’s very picky & particular! Their boutique stores are so cute, all the jewellery is laid out clearly, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They are never pushy but are always there to answer questions or help you find the perfect gift. I also find their website to be well laid out and easy to use (which has become increasingly important these days!).

Purchased gifts here 3 times and received excellent service when I struggled to pick out an appropriate item. The atmosphere and design is casual but elegant and it's a great Canadian success story. Stuff here was gorgeous and well presented. There were several customers browsing in there but zero assistance or greeting for anybody. Only one person got special treatment, presumably a friend of Sue's. The rest of us in there were treated (well ignored) as second class citizens . Perhaps online shopping will be better as the interaction would only be with the website. For a small business owner, you should greet and acknowledge all who take the time to come to your shop.

Suetables creates an amazing product - I was looking for personalized unique jewellery and found exactly what I had envisioned at www.suetables.com. The ordering process was so simple, I was able to personally communicate with Sue via e-mail and the necklace arrived within 3 business days.
