Iffat is the Office Manager who is trained and qualified as a Registered Nurse. She graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2010 with Honours and worked as a Leukemia Nurse at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas before she joined Family Dentistry @ Picton in 2013.
Iffat is responsible to make sure that the practice runs seamlessly and that both staff and patients are happy and her experience as a registered nurse and administration means that she is well placed to answer any questions/concerns patients may have.She prides herself in providing the highest level of support to the dentist and patient in surgical and sedation procedures.

The best way to prevent and manage gingivitis and periodontal disease is by having regular dental cleanings. We will help customize a "dental cleaning" program for you that will ensure your gums regain/stay in good health. Prevention is better than Cure! Oral health is very important for overall health.

The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Dr. Yasin Polara and the team will discuss with you the cost of the treatment, and each of your available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you, your smile and your family.
Following the exam, the dentist will give you treatment plan options and recommendations for your care. Dentist will also explain pros and cons of each treatment option and answer all your questions and concerns. Hence it will help you make an informed decision. Canadian Dental Association recommends that a child should see a dentist at the eruption of his/her first baby tooth or at least before the child's 1st birthday.

The way the lead Doctor will talk to you , you will forget your pain, there are multiple doctors of different expertise there but you must look for Dr. Polara for your first appointment . Dr. Polara is great and he helped me immensely with my 2nd number teeth's pain by performing RCT. He divided the work into several sittings to ensure smooth progress.
In my case, I had immense pain since I was avoiding visit to Dentist due to Covid-19 situations. One of my friend, recommended him and it was the right thing that happened at the right time for me.
Overall, I am very happy with the work done and the attention to detail by Dr. Polara.

My grandmother is getting treated at this clinic for her toothache. She is in her 70s. The dentists are taking good care of her. She is well now and can chew her food thoroughly.

This was my first pain free dental procedure ever. I usually don't take well to freezing. I felt no part of my tooth extraction Dr. Polara and all the staff at this clinic are all just amazing. You can tell that client care and comfort is top priority. I will continue using this clinic in the future.

Dr. Polara is an amazing dentist with an amazing staff! I've been a patient for quite some time and recently had to have 5 teeth removed from one side top and bottom. I suffer with anxiety and have panic attacks just thinking about going to the dentist. I expected so much pain and swelling after these extractions. I was so happy when this pain and swelling was minimal and I feel it's because of his expertise and compassion that I did not experience too much pain or swelling. Thanks to all team!!

I have been seeing Dr. Polara for a long time. I had mentioned to him about my grandchild who was diagnosed with lots of cavities by their dentist in Toronto. Unfortunately, my daughter was struggling financially and was going through a rough patch. Therefore, I asked Dr. Polara to do a financial plan for them to help her out. He came in the morning on one of his non-working day to accommodate my daughter who was coming from Toronto. He worked till afternoon and when my daughter went to pay he refused and waived his fees.
