Happy with the deal I scored with my Mazda in this crazy market nowadays. And I like Larry and Rene’s straightforward, no frills service. I read a lot of the reviews before I went there and after having been there, I can only guess the bad reviews come from people who are too used to very courteous salesmen from big dealerships or just don’t understand how to negotiate fairly with people. The reality is the used car market is very hard to navigate these days especially with a short supply of cars. Every manufacturer has a backlog and more and more people turn to used cars. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!
My friend was looking for a car and took him there to checkout some deals. Person showing us the car, kept taking in his phone while we are waiting to ask him questions, we were standing in rain. Zero respect shown!! Manager had no intention to sell the cars nor show them.
OWNER, you need to do some mystery shopping to know how bad this place is getting and make some changes.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO WANTS RESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN DON'T VISIT THIS GUYS!

Impressive range of vehicles. The one I looked at had a dead battery and when it was started, had a lot of warning lights on. Couldn't even use radio/nav because it needed a code due to dead battery. They said that they would fix all of that.
Edit due to response from owner. The low battery was only one problem. The warning lights were potentially major but you glossed over that. I find your response ridiculous. Is that the way you treat your customer concerns?

Liers, sold me a leaky, squeaky vehicle.
They pulled me in with low Mileage, I noticed it was undercover i asked if there was anything wrong with it he said. NO, otherwise we couldn't sell it.
Well the sun roof leaks, the radiator leaks, there's an oil leak, the back hatch doesn't open , the sway bar is bent, the suspension has corrosion...list goes on

This dealership has been one of the worst experiences ever. Clearly after one has read the reviews one can conclude that they focus more on calling reviews 'fake' instead of improving their service. What kind of business deals with criticisms with "this is a fake review"? Clownery. I have not had issues buying with dealerships before even though they get a bad rep, however, this dealership deserves all the negative reviews they have gotten.

I had a very terrible experience with this dealership. Rene is a very rude , has no manners , very disrespectful, dishonest and a cheater. He does not answer the questions asked about the car he is selling and he tries to hide the right answer. He is a big liar and cheater. I strongly recommend that you avoid buying anything from this dealer.
