Excellent experience all around. We tend to hold onto our cars, and in late 2021 started looking for a plug-in hybrid that could both replace and live up to our 2008 Prius. Two of the cars that appealed to us were the Prius Prime and Rav4 Prime.
After calling every Toyota dealer in the area, Destination Toyota was the only dealership that offered test drives before putting our name on the wait list. We test drove both cars and fell in love with the Prius Prime. We returned the next day and were able to test drive it again - before we left that day, we had a deposit down on the car. Jerry walked

Last Saturday, January 8, 2022, while driving from Whistler, BC, my brakes were seized on rear passenger side of my Toyota Tundra pickup truck. I guess, it happened so gradually that I didn’t notice the difference. It only become apparent when I saw the rim on the rear passenger side covered with rust marks from the metal-on-metal contact.
As I always had a great experience with Destination Toyota Burnaby in the past, I immediately called them to book an appointment. Even though there was no open window until the week of January 17, 2022, the Service Manager, Adam Morrison slotted me for Wednesday

Purchased a Toyota RAV4 a few years ago and recently went back to this location to buy a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from this location. Despite the world wide chip shortage, we received the car in a timely manner. Jonathan was really helpful in answering any questions that we had. Overall, we are really happy with the service that Jonathan and the rest of the team provided to us!

My experience with Destination Toyota Burnaby was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. From sales helping me select the right vehicle for me, to the finance team making the purchase and documentation seamless and timely, through to the experienced product advisor ensuring I was completely comfortable and fully knowledgeable about all my vehicle features. We had a great experience with Destination Toyota. Originally we couldn't get an appointment immediately for my truck issue. A customer service rep suggested we try a walk in for our problem. Later that day they were able to fit us in.. We were kept well informed by Emily with the status of my trucks.

When shopping for a vehicle, which could be possibly one of the largest expenses you make other than your home, you want to be assisted by someone who truly thinks in your best interest. We were so lucky to have found Josiah and he definitely stood out among all the car salespersons we came across on the day from other dealerships. He is patient, professional, and knows when to give us space and when to offer an opinion. We will be back soon for sure to snatch that Toyota Tacoma! Plus, this location is one the best we've been to in the lower mainland. Really nothing to complain about. Great team

I had a great experience with my sales consultant Tim . He showed me a few different RAV4 vehicles. And was very helpful with all my questions. Loved the fact I could text him at any time and he always replies in a timely Manor
The girls in finance were wonderful since I called 3-4 additional times wiith questions and spoke to a different person each time . All my questions were answered right away.
The manger Chris was also great in helping me with my black out badges. And showing me where to go to purchase my extra accessories etc.
