Great service and experience. John was extremely professional and easy to deal with. I was initially hesitant because it was a "used car dealership" but this place is different. Best car buying experience I ever had and the car I bought was nowhere near the most expensive car they had in their inventory. Didn't matter to John and his team as they treated me fairly and with the upmost respect. Other dealerships should take note of the service these guys provide.

The experience I had was amazing. John responds to emails in a professional and timely manner. The vehicle is absolutely gorgeous. A rare find at this age in such immaculate condition. I know what you are thinking - used car lot on Hastings right ? Fear not - John, the owner, is a friendly, honest stand up guy. He accurately describes his product with no embellishment as his many positive Google reviews can attest too. The car I purchased was exactly as described and despite my being from the Okanagan John made sure that the distance was not a factor in making our deal. Zero pressure and John's relationship with Pro Group ensures he has access to many premium vehicles. I would happily buy from John again and can recommend him.

Recently visited this dealership, after several others, in search of a replacement vehicle for my ancient BMW. I was helped by John, the owner, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and above all else respectful.
After much deliberation, I decided on buying one of the vehicles in this lot, and not only was this facilitated to my convenience , but every effort was afforded me to take care of my older vehicle.

Honest, caring, accommodating, knowledgeable car dealership! I am recommending J.J. Motor Cars to both family and friends. I came over from Vancouver Island and John met me at the ferry, so I could test drive the car going back to the dealership. When we arrived back at J.J. Motor Cars, he let a friend of mine who has this model of BMW test drive the car with me, so I could get his opinion on it. John is truly a great person to buy a car from. I bought a 2005 Subaru Forester from them last week. I noticed it was not in the condition they said it was in so I took it to a mechanic. Turns out the whole break system was compromised. The car had a break fluid leak and there was no break fluid left in the vehicle at all. This was the state they sold it to me in. This dealership denyed the… state it was in even when I displayed solid proof from the mechanic including pictures of the leaks and corrosion. Less than 4 months after buying a "low mileage" 2002 Passat, problems began to arise. First it was an annoying squeeking noise from the back suspension. Then the front suspension started to clunk over bumps (further investigation revealed that it had been in an accident and the suspension was NOT rebuilt properly). Then all the windows stopped working properly to not at all. Then the drivers side door lock stopped functioning properly. And now for the cherry on top, the transmission light is on. Aside from all these serious problems, bits of the interior were missing or were not fastened

I came here on a mission to replace a car on short notice.
Came specifically to look at an 03 Mercedes C230 and an 04 Mercedes C230 with "warranty"
I started the 04 and it sound like the super charger was about to explode.
It was a quick no.
I started the 03 and it sounded ok but when I revved it stuttered its way back to idle.
Both cars were missing minor little bits of interior finishing, the guy claimed he "borrowed" for the last customer.
I'm not into parts raided cars, nor am I interested in a warranty when the cars have problems right at the outset.

I love the car - it's everything I hoped it would be.
There were some hiccups along the way, but in the end, it was sorted out.
I got a great deal.
I've read some negative reviews on other review sites about this place (and their other Vancouver location), and I can see how the way they run things might rub some people the wrong way: but the reality of the situation is that running a used car place isn't an easy business. I wouldn't have much patience for 'tire-kickers' and flakes myself.
I went there, knew what I wanted
