Tasty food and fast service. Very popular, you definitely need a reservation, but not too expensive (most main dishes are around $15). The spicy level of almost every dish is completely customizable. I recommend the Thai iced milk tea and the coconut rice, they're sticky-sweet, a great relief from spiciness, and I always finish them way too quickly!

Its overall a good restaurant with a bit of authenticity in it. Unlike mainstream asian restaurants. Tried the Thai Vietnamese Group Dinner For 2. Everything was good except for the Green Curry Chicken. DO NOT get this item. It reeks of turmeric and has a mild green chilli flavour. The green chilli flavour is fine and quite nice but the strong turmeric reek was awful. Everything else was nice and tasty.

This was a great find while on vacation in St. John’s. the restaurant was clean and tastefully decorated. I asked our server for recommendations on a dish and she suggested the northern Thai noodle curry with the crispy noodles- it did not disappoint! Highly recommend this spot whether you are a local or just visiting!

Yay! A Thai place downtown. I've had the Pinapple and Peanut curries this far and have throughly enjoyed both. The staff we're friendly. Great for take out and will likely dine in sometime.
Only wish is the crab Rangoon get actual crab someday as opposed to the Alaskan pollock but at least they clearly state that on the menu. Will order again.

The food is delicious! I love Thai food and frequently visit thai restaurants when I travel and when I lived in Ontario. The curry I tried at Gingergrass was one of the best I've ever had. I like things very spicy so more Chile would have been appreciated but they gave me some extra on the side to help. Lunch portions are nice, not big, but enough to leave you satisfied. Prices are great! I will be back.

Great location and the ice coffee is very tasty, this is a good place if you want have some new food adventure. However If you are looking for some traditional Thai food or Vietnamese food, then this is not a good place for you. the food is Canadian style "Asian food" and can easily make you sugar high LOL
