Sean has been a lawyer since 1986. Sean's areas of legal work include real estate, Wills & Estates and corporate & commerical law. Sean is a partner of Buckley Hogan Law Office. Rand has been a lawyer since 1989. Rand's areas of legal work include corporate & commercial law, business purchases & sales, commercial financing, and franchises.
Harjot Shoker joined Buckley Hogan in 2010 as an articling student. She practices in our litigation department in the areas of business and commercial litigation and also assists clients with real estate transactions and wills. She is fluent in Punjabi. Harjot completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia in 2005.
Kiran Sandhu is a lawyer in our litigation department and assists clients with Supreme Court commercial and business litigation, real estate, employment, and estate matters. Kiran also represents clients in dealing with regulatory bodies, including, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Residential Tenancy Branch, and the Employment Standards Branch.

They are great lawyers to deal with . Mr. Sean and Janice are knowledgable , honest, problem solvers , great in communications and try their best knowledge and experience to make it happen . Worst law firm. Very unprofessional. They send out emails threatening to sue on behalf of their family members personal frivolous lawsuits.... and do so by sending emails asking for their message to be forwarded to the correct person. They don’t know the law, they don’t follow the correct legal way to serve a lawsuit. I see why their track record is one of the worst in the area. Do not use!

My late father went to this place as we had a rental dispute, passed off to another lawyer who was completely disorganized.
1 kept on asking for documents that we had already emailed her
2 got mad at us because we did not send the documents had to show her on the phone we did
When it came time to argue the case, she stayed silent, she sunk the case. Went to this place on a recommendation. This place is horrible, the whole time lawyer says I will talk and when the time comes she does not talk.
Tip photocopy the papers yourself do not give it them, because you will never see them again.

This firm has questionable practices and their services can not be called professional. The office was representing the buyer of our business; they were holding back funds even after the sale was 100% completed. We placed numerous calls to this law office and received only excuses. Only after we mentioned to inform the bar association a cheque was finally issued and the firm insisted that the payment must be picked up in Surrey.

Our family had a negative experience with this firm for our real estate transaction. Firstly, the requisite information regarding the transaction was not provided in a timely manner. Secondly we felt their service could have been a lot better as we were told that the firm had higher priority work than ours. We did not appreciate the rude responses from their paralegal Janice.
