I’m truly grateful for Sheila Cameron and her team who assisted me during my divorce. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Sheila was that nothing was "sugar coated". She was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. At the same time she was caring and could relate to what I was going thru. She made me feel like I was her only client, even though I knew that was not the case.

I called and explained our situation. I was told it would be communicated to the relevant lawyer/legal aide so that we can get more information. An appointment was set and we got a call. The lawyer/legal aid who called wasn't given all the information. They were unaware of how to help us (which is ok, it was a tricky situation) but we were assured someone would get back to us within the week. That was 2 weeks ago! So we moved on...but just wanted to leave some advice.. of you are unable to help just say it.. don't leave people in limbo.

I cant speak highly enough of my lawyer Nadia Michaud or of Tandem in general. During a very messy and difficult custody battle, that lasted over a year, Nadia and Tandem helped answer my questions and put up with me (I know i can be overwhelming and frustrating at times). The office was also bright and comforted me whenever i had appointments. It felt homey and made the bad situation less stressful for everyone involved.
